My name is Aminatta Bojang, and I have been a certified Personal Trainer since 2012 and certified Massage Therapist sine 2015 . I specialise in evidence-based fitness programming, Sports Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage with a focus on functional movement, injury prevention, and recovery.

I work with clients of all backgrounds — from those managing chronic pain or recovering from injury, to individuals aiming to build strength, mobility, or confidence in their body.

 My Qualifications Include:

  • Certified Personal Trainer

  • Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy

  • Deep Tissue Massage - CPD Certified

  • Level 3 Mat Pilates
  • Continued professional development in mobility, biomechanics, and rehabilitation techniques
